What's Coming in 2011

First, from all of us at the NSL, we wish everyone a properous and successful 2011. We are excited with the propects of a new year and hope to implement new and exciting programs as well as continue to produce and manage 2 Wii Bowling Championships.

For the first time we will host a National Wii Golf Tournament. The tournament will start the week of July 5 and end with a championship format the first week in August - 5 weeks total. Be looking for registration information about May 1st.

We hope to add two additional wii bowling tournaments in mid-year. One a youth event, "keep the kids off the street, and another" an adult/child event. Details will follow as we develop the formats.

Lastly, as we attempt to improve the NSL wii bowling championships we are looking forward to two additions in the fall league - (1) we will split our wii bowling league into 2 divisions - a Premier League which will be a "scratch" league and a Master League which will feature handicaps based on bowling average. It is our attempt to allow the very serious bowlers to compete with each other and the less than serious bowlers to have fun and still be "in the hunt for a championship title. (2) in an attempt to satisfy those in the league who question "how do we verify scores" we will introduce a program to do just that. Stay tuned for details.

Thanks to all for supporting the NSL. Again, we wish you the very best in 2011.

Details of NSL Registration

Register now for the 2011 NSL Spring League which begins play the week of Feb 14th. After you register you will be sent an invoice for payment. After one year of managing the NSL we are converting to a membership based organization. As a special promotion kicking off the membership concept we are offering a $1,000 "Founding Member" fee, valid until January 30, 2011, which gives the "Founding Member" two years (2011 and 2012) of unlimited play in the NSL leagues - NSL Spring Bowling Championship, NSL Summer Golf Championship, and NSL Fall Bowling Championship. The membership allows for an unlimited number of teams registered for each Championship.

The NSL was designed to be an international web based league. We invite seniors communities from all over the world to join the league.

For the first time ever, the NSL named the top 40 Wii Bowling Teams in the World as well as the NSL Wii Bowler of the Year and NSL Wii Bowling Coach(es) of the Year. The top 40 teams in the world can be seen as part of "NSL News" at the bottom of the first page of www.nslgames.com.
